The pan is made of high-quality cast aluminium and is resistant to warping and scratching. The pan has one of the best Swiss ceramic coatings - Ilag Xera Dur 2® Ceramic Non Stick, reinforced with layers of Xerogel to prevent cracking.

The thick bottom, consisting of 4 layers, guarantees even heat distribution inside the pan, which reduces frying time and uses less energy. The frying pan has an integrated aluminium disc with Full Induction technology. Suitable for all types of cooker: induction, gas, electric and ceramic.
