The Gerlach Solid steel wok is a deep frying pan with a diameter of 28 cm. The pan is indispensable especially among lovers of Asian cuisine (including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese or Thai). It facilitates the preparation of healthy and low-calorie dishes.

The frying pans of the Solid line have the three-layer non-stick coating ILAG Ultimate Durit Pro ® reinforced with a ceramic additive, which is extremely hard and resistant to scratches and mechanical damage. Food does not stick to the bottom of the pan. The product has been designed with the health safety of users in mind.

ILAG Ultimate Durit Pro does not contain harmful substances such as nickel compounds, heavy metals and PFOA. In addition, this extremely tight and smooth coating is easy to clean by hand.

Thanks to the integrated full induction aluminium disc (Full Induction Technology), the Solid frying pan perfectly exploits the potential of induction cookers, ensuring faster cooking. In addition, the product is also suitable for use on other types of cooker: gas, electric and ceramic, as well as in the oven.
