Monolit classic frying pan - ideal for demanding users
The pan is made of high-quality cast aluminium and is resistant to deformation and scratching. The pan has the Swiss Ilag Xera Dur 2® Ceramic Non Stick coating, reinforced with layers of Xerogel, so it will not crack.
The thick bottom, consisting of 4 layers, guarantees even heat distribution inside the pan, reducing frying time and using less energy. The frying pan has an integrated aluminium disc with Full Induction technology. Suitable for all types of cooker: induction, gas, electric and ceramic.
