NATUR frying pan with ceramic coating

The Natur grill pan has one of the best ceramic coatings currently available on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2® Ceramic Non Stick. It has two layers: a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with Xerogel ceramic to prevent cracking. The extremely smooth and tight ILAG ceramic coating is easy to clean.

The pan is made of cast aluminium(Die-Cast Technology), which makes it resistant to deformation and has increased strength. In addition, the pan is resistant to very high temperatures, abrasion and scratches.

The square shape and correspondingly large size of the cookware helps to fry many ingredients at once. The fluted, grilled surface ensures adequate fat drainage and makes the food look like it was pulled off a classic grill.
