The Granitex wok is made from the highest quality forged aluminium using Forged technology (which involves shaping the form of the cookware using a press at very high temperatures), making it more robust and resistant to deformation.

The Granitex aluminium wok has one of the best ceramic coatings currently available on the market, Ilag Xera Dur 2 ® Ceramic Non Stick. It has two layers: a top layer of Xerogel with a metallic effect and a base layer reinforced with Xerogel ceramic to prevent cracking.

The thick, four-layer bottom of the Granitex frying pan conducts heat perfectly and evenly, making food preparation simple and quick and using energy even more efficiently. In addition, the pan is equipped with a special disc with Full Induction technology, which enables the pan to be used on induction cookers even more efficiently than before.
