The pans of the Contrast Procoat line have the non-stick coating Ilag Xera Dur ® Ceramic Non Stick reinforced with a ceramic admixture - extremely hard and heat resistant. For intensive use in the cookware, the coating has been reinforced by Xerogel ®, which makes the ceramic coating not susceptible to abrasion. This is a product for the most demanding people, who appreciate the quality and durability of the products used. Out of concern for the health of users, the pans do not contain any hazardous substances, being an extremely friendly cookware. In addition, the extremely smooth and tight ILAG ceramic coating is easy to clean.
