Modern minimalism

The kitchen knives are made entirely of top-quality X30Cr13 stainless steel with added chromium for increased corrosion resistance.

The hardness of the Ambiente knife blade on the Rockwell scale is 55-56 HRC.

Thecomfortable and ergonomic handle of the knives with a classic shape is also made of stainless steel.

The Ambiente set is available with an all-steel block, which not only helps to store the knives, but is also a great decorative element.

In order to enjoy the reliability and stylish appearance of the Gerlach kitchen knives for as long as possible, we recommend washing them by hand. Washing the knives in a dishwasher, due to the high temperature of the water and the action of the chemicals, can cause permanent damage to the blades and handles of the knives.
